This gluten-free mixed seed bread is a perfect alternative to shop bought breads and will leave you feeling completely satisfied.
200 g oats (preferably gluten-free)
100 g pumpkin seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g linseeds
50 g sesame seeds
3 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. psyllium husks
~1tsp. sea salt (use taste test)
500 ml cold water
Measure out all ingredients and add them to a large bowl. Pour the 500 ml water over the mixture and give a mix. Leave the mixture to rest for 3 hours or over night in the fridge. Before placing in the oven, compress the bread into a bread mould. Heat the oven to 200 degrees (no need to pre heat the oven). Leave the bread to bake for 80 minutes.
