Maca powder is one of those foods that is well known for its use as a hormone regulator and to improve stamina, energy and reproductive function. Lignans are another example and are known as phytoestrogens, which due to their chemical structure have the ability to increase or reduce oestrogen when an imbalance occurs (1). These lignans are only found in plants, specifically high in linseeds/ flaxseeds.
2 tsp. maca powder
2 tbsp. flaxseed/ linseeds
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 handful raspberries
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
200-400ml coconut milk
Prepare all the ingredients by washing the strawberries & cutting off the stems. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothe and creamy!
