Delicious homemade nachos


Homemade gluten-free mixed seed bread


Ingredients:

  • 200g nacho chips (or to fill the bottom of the oven bowl you use)

  • Baby spinach

  • 3 big tomatoes

  • 1 big red onion

  • 0.5-1 tsp. Cumin powder

  • 4 tbsp. Plain yoghurt

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Cheese of choice for the top

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Optional: Add chicken pieces for a little extra something.



Pre-heat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Chop up the onion and tomatoes and place them in a pan to fry with butter or olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper until a sauce forms. Then add some balsamic glaze and plain yoghurt and mix all together. Using a large oven bowl, lay the base of chips with a layer of baby spinach. Add the sauce on top of the chips and spinach and the cheese on top of that. Place in the oven until the cheese turns light brown and the chips are crisp.
